不是第一次装了，还是花了挺多时间，一些细节还是记录下来的好。
1.下载desktop cd，放在C:edgy下。下载引导包，解压，把boot文件夹和grldr，menu.lst放在C:。在boot.ini 增加一行C:grldr=”Install Ubuntu”。重启，安装。
2.修改源。

分别为清华大学和江苏电信的源。
3.安装scim中文输入。在新立得中，标记scim-pinyin, scim-tables-zh，按照依赖关系自动安装。然后重启X即可。
4.安装beryl(intel显卡)
增加源deb http://ubuntu.beryl-project.org dapper main。
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install beryl emerald-themes
sudo reboot
重启后beryl-manager即可启动beryl
5.多媒体。
安装gstreamer0.10-fluendo-mp3，使Rhythmbox可以播放mp3
sudo apt-get install w32codecs //解码器
sudo apt-get install mplayer //全能播放器
安装后如果打开文件出现错误，将vedio->available drivers改为xv
如果字幕乱码，将Subtitles & OSD->subtitle->encoding改为CP936，选中unicode subtitle，Font->Font中，选择系统中已经安装的任意中文字体，如 /usr/share/fonts/truetype/arphic/ukai.ttf，encoding: Unicode
6.Firefox。
下载Mouse Gestures，增加鼠标手势。
